Land North of Muddisdale Road – Kirkwall K-4 Development Brief

From the 4^th October to the 15^th November 2023, Development and Marine Planning are consulting with planning stakeholders and members of the public on the consultative draft document noted above.

This draft looks at the development and environmental context of this site and the surrounding area and considers the new national planning context of National Planning Framework 4 and the local context of Kirkwall.

During the consultation period, this document will be available online (under Related Documents below) and reference copies copies will be available at Customer Services at the OIC Kirkwall Offices and Kirkwall Library during their normal opening hours.

After this consultation period is complete, revisions to the document will be made, where necessary, to respond to the consultation feedback, before we will report to the Council’s Development and Infrastructure Committee for further consideration
