Review of Statement of Gambling Policy.
Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board (the Board) carried out a review of its Statement of Gambling Policy (the Policy) in terms of the Gambling Act 2005 during 2021.
The consultation period ran from 15 July to 27 August 2021.
The Board adopted a revised Policy at a meeting on 7 October 2021. A copy of the full report is available as a Related Download at the bottom of this page and paper copies are available on request to the contact details at the end of this notice.
