Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during the Kirkwall BID Halloween Fancy Dress Parade.

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users while Andrew Sinclair Ltd carry out work on behalf of Scottish Water in respect of buried infrastructure.

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users while Circet UK, on behalf of Openreach, lay new ducting and construct new access chambers. The Order will be in operation from Thursday 8 October 2026 to Saturday 17 October 2026.
