Orkney Islands Council (Junction Road and Mounthoolie Place, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during building works on the Albert Hotel, Kirkwall.
The Order will be in operation from Friday, 12 July 2024 to Monday, 2 June 2025. The effect of the Order will be to close Junction Road, between its junctions with the Albert Street car park and Mounthoolie Place, and Mounthoolie Place from Junction Road to Mounthoolie Lane, Kirkwall, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
