The Orkney Islands Council (Moar Drive, Kirkwall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Orkney Islands Council has made the above-named Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to ensure the safety of the public and road users during the carrying out of utility connections and other development related works.

The Order will be in operation from Monday, 1 July 2024 to Sunday, 1 December 2024. The effect of the Order will be to close Moar Drive, Kirkwall, between its junction with Burnett Brae and Rendall Road, when required. Traffic signs will be erected to indicate when the road is closed.
