Scapa Crescent Stopping Up Order Hearing Session Confirmed

The Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) of the Scottish Government is considering a draft stopping up order, to stop up a section of Scapa Crescent, Kirkwall, for car parking related to the proposed expansion of Garden House.

DPEA has confirmed that a hearing session will be held for this case, at the St Magnus Centre, Kirkwall. The session will commence at 10:00 on 25 August 2022. Full details of the session will be detailed in a procedure notice on the case file in due course.
