Save the date….save the date! Stromness Academy “celebration evening”

A “celebration evening” is being planned for all senior phase pupils at Stromness Academy this year, not just those who are leaving.

Tuesday 31 May is the official leaving date for any pupils moving on from school, and this year, they will once again be able to formally mark the occasion.

Although exact plans are still being finalised, there will be a formal event that evening at which prizes will be given for achievement and effort, pupils leaving school will be formally recognised and new house captains and prefects will be formally installed.

Leavers from all year groups, those who are being awarded prizes and the new prefect team are requested to attend, with their parents, and all pupils and parents in S4-6 are welcome.
