Scottish Sea Farms Christmas gift of salmon

Date: 12 January 2022

Scottish Sea Farms Christmas gift of salmon

There was no gold, frankincense or myrrh for the residents of Eunson Kloss this Christmas - the wise folks at Scottish Sea Farms knew an edible gift would be much more appreciated!

The folk at the Council’s adult supported accommodation were treated to not just one but two salmon thanks to a donation from the company.

Katrina Byers is one of the cooks at Eunson Kloss. She said: “Scottish Sea Farms kindly arranged for the salmon to be put to Jolly’s and George Stout arranged its preparation and delivery to Eunson Kloss.

“I prepared and cooked it and it was poached and served on Christmas Day with all the usual trimmings. The residents enjoyed the rest today, Tuesday, with hollandaise sauce and green beans and new tatties. The residents very much enjoyed the salmon and were delighted. I wish to thank Scottish Sea Farms for the very generous donation.”
